“When we were delivered incorrect cables for our shop’s register system, we went on a wild goose chase to find the correct cables. Apparently, they are a special order item that aren’t sold anywhere and wouldn’t be delivered to our shop in time for our grand opening. By fate, I was directed to Bill and his team at Compatible Cable. They didn’t have the particular cable in stock, but were able to look up the correct configurations of corresponding pins and he MADE me two cables by hand.
